About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Concierge Officer to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Places and Estates Team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the smooth running of our estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on assistance to residents, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, offering an empathetic and personal housing service.
  • Work closely with the Estate Operations Manager to deliver outstanding estate services, upholding NHG's Placemaking principles.
  • Act as an effective liaison between residents, estate management, and property management teams, coordinating the day-to-day running of the concierge desk.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work on a shift pattern, including day and weekend work.
  • Knowledge of estate management and customer service principles.
