Early Years Support Facilitators

Five Education is seeking to engage an In-Class Support Facilitator to assist in a nursery setting. This role involves providing essential support to early years children as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Facilitator, you will work closely with designated primary-aged children, fostering their learning and encouraging them to reach their full potential. The children may have diagnoses of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism or ADHD, and may face mental health challenges. Your support will be crucial during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes.
Work Schedule:
This position operates during term time only. While the ideal candidate will be available for five days a week, we are open to applicants who can commit to a minimum of two days weekly.
Support Duties Include:
- Assisting pupils in maintaining focus during activities
- Building strong relationships with both pupils and teaching staff to facilitate optimal learning outcomes
Candidate Requirements:
- Genuine interest in supporting children and young people
- Eligibility to work in the UK (valid visa required)
- Relevant references and DBS/police checks as necessary
- Availability for at least two days a week during term time from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
What We Offer:

- Subsidized initial DBS cost (we cover £20, you cover £30, refunded after completing five days of work)

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is £82, which includes holiday pay. The daily pay rate is £83.29, with opportunities for increased earnings.

Five Education is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff members are expected to share this commitment. Successful candidates will undergo necessary checks, including reference and DBS checks.
