About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our market-leading Real Estate Team at Burges Salmon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, including institutional investors, listed and private property companies, banks, developers, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers, and high net worth individuals.
  • Transaction Management: Manage a complex and varied workload, including transactional and advisory real estate services, particularly within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with an outstanding group of Partners and other team members to achieve personal goals and align efforts with firm objectives.
  • Business Development: Understand client needs, lead CRM efforts, network, and collaborate for business growth.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working on commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
