Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Migration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud migration strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic public sector goals.
  • Cloud Architecture: Design and implement secure, scalable, and optimised cloud architectures in Azure.
  • Agile Project Management: Lead Agile project teams to deliver complex cloud migration projects, promoting adaptability, continuous improvement, and effective project execution.
  • Public Sector Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations, navigate governance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance standards for senior public sector stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of cloud architects, engineers, and consultants, fostering collaboration and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Active SC Clearance: Must have live, active SC clearance to be eligible for this role.
  • Azure Cloud Migration Experience: Proven experience in managing complex Azure cloud migration and adoption projects, from initial planning through to execution and optimisation.
  • Public Sector Experience: Extensive experience working within the public sector, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Agile Methodologies: Demonstrable success in delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient, adaptive outcomes.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in demanding environments.
