About the Role

We are seeking a confident and experienced Business Analyst to join our team as part of our major new Homelessness Transformation Programme. As a Business Analyst, you will conduct distinct pieces of business analysis to support the effective delivery of transformation projects within the Housing Options service. You will undertake a range of analysis across all stages of the project lifecycle, including as-is and to-be process mapping and re-engineering, designing operating models, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis to support the effective delivery of transformation projects
  • Undertake process mapping and re-engineering to improve service delivery
  • Design operating models and organizational design to support service transformation
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve successful service redesign outcomes
