About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Home Group Limited.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from one of our offices or from home, while also working across our property portfolio in the South-East and East Midlands.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing our property assets, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and meeting the needs of our customers.

This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary of circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus great benefits including a Health Cash Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our property portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and value of our properties.
  • Work closely with our customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of our property strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Building Surveyor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property management, maintenance, and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
