Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Labourer to join our construction team. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites, working closely with our tradespeople and subcontractors to deliver high-quality homes on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual tasks on site, including excavation, demolition, and material handling.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and trades to ensure timely material availability and efficient site operations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the construction of quality homes, adhering to build schedules and quality control procedures.
  • Assist in material management and reporting, ensuring accurate records and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Uphold customer service, health, safety, and build standards, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous relevant work experience in a construction or related industry.
  • Enthusiasm for quality-driven projects and a positive 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
