About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at IPS Group. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely placement of risks
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their insurance programs are aligned with their business goals
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of commercial lines products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
