About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes and involve families and professionals in their care.
  • Provide personal care that respects and protects individuals' dignity.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches and deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting information as needed.
  • Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.

Requirements
