Job Title: Facilities Assistant

Berry Recruitment is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join their team at a Football Association training ground in Oxford.

This role involves ensuring the venue is clean and tidy, checking facilities are functioning properly, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with security contractors to ensure adequate stewarding for player training and activities.
  • Collaborate with maintenance contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective works.
  • Assist with invoicing and reporting to the Facilities Manager.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure compliance with safety certification and statutory licensing requirements.
  • Facilitate contractor movement and working on site, ensuring health and safety inductions are completed.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Lodge Reception/Porter or Facilities Team Member role.
  • Availability for match days.
