Job Title: Designer - Creative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer to join our team at Green Shoots Recruitment. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a variety of graphic and digital marketing materials, including point of sale materials, motion graphics, websites, social media content, and event materials.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to develop innovative and market-leading marketing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs with technical requirements.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to the marketing team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
