We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior medical support and guidance to our multidisciplinary teams, working with children and young people with mental health needs across Medway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide care to children and young people with mental health needs
- Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
- Work directly with young people and their families, and liaise with other external CAMHS mental health providers and acute hospitals
- Participate in the on-call rota, with a 3% on-call supplement
- Support peers and team leader, and be an effective team member
Requirements:
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
- CCT or equivalent
- Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it
- Approved Clinician status, or eligibility for it
- Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
