Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our team at Coperion Food, Health & Nutrition Division. As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's technological advancements and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy and Leadership: Define and execute IT strategy and objectives, as well as IT initiatives that support the organizational strategy, at the local IT site within Coperion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain the strategic relationship at the appropriate level for key stakeholders within the local site.
  • Consultant Management: Manage consultants/contractors depending on the needs of the organization.
  • IT Roadmap and Vision: Partner with Food, Health and Nutrition Division Regional IT Manager on the vision and direction of the division's IT roadmap, systems, structure, etc.
  • Helpdesk and Support: Own Helpdesk entries, prioritizing entries and providing resolution to end users.
  • Application Support: Provide application support to end users – including MS Office, Navision, and AutoCAD.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of internal/external IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, business analysis, consulting, process engineering or solutions management or other related area.
  • Project Management: Experience successfully leading medium to large, complex projects and/or in business/IT consulting/management roles.
  • ERP and CRM Support: Experience successfully leading and supporting ERP, CRM support and technical initiatives.
