Job Title: AI Software Developer

Location: Cambridge, Hybrid

Contract: Permanent, full time 35 hours per week

We're seeking an experienced AI Software Developer to join our innovative AI Centre of Excellence and contribute to technical proof-of-concepts using cutting-edge generative AI tools and technologies.

This new role will be a key part of exploring generative AI at Cambridge, with a focus on delivering working, well-constructed proof-of-concepts that meet requirements and enable business needs and benefits to be evaluated.

You'll work collaboratively within a small cross-functional team to create technical solutions using generative AI tools and technologies, and will be instrumental in assessing new technologies and platforms to determine the most appropriate options for specific use cases.

You have proven software development experience and are confident taking decisions on how to approach new technical challenges, working both independently and in partnership with other developers and the wider cross-functional team.

You are enthusiastic about new technologies, with a good understanding of AI solutions that you are keen to develop further.
