Job Title: Director Partner Development Manager

Microsoft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director Partner Development Manager to join our Global Partner Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving significant growth and change within our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish long-term partner recruitment strategies and expand current partnerships to create a balanced high-performance portfolio.
  • Lead your team in creating a strategic vision and executing business plans that ensure alignment between Microsoft's overall value and the Partner's business goals.
  • Act as sales manager and coach the team through pipeline and opportunity management, following Microsoft's internal sales methodology.
  • Lead and challenge your team to identify top opportunities to pursue with partners, incorporating market insights and deep knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Develop deep relationships with complex partners and provide training and coaching to ensure your team maintains an understanding of partner and Microsoft priorities and goals.
  • Focused on the development of your team, leveraging resources to help employees grow skillsets, encourage mentorship, and support their career interests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or related field.
  • 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
