About the Role
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the home's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Family and Community Relations: Represent the home in the local community and maintain a positive image.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a nursing home.
- Previous experience managing a medium-sized nursing home with a strong track record of CQC compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
