About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Partner to join our team at PAM UK. As a key member of our People Experience team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our internal communications strategy, focusing on engaging and impactful communications.

Your primary objective will be to craft compelling narratives and produce high-level communications in multiple media, including social media, videos, and newsletters. You will also be expected to come up with fresh, new, and exciting ideas for implementing new ways of communication, assisting with talent attraction and retention.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in developing and executing internal communication strategies, as well as the ability to craft compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with business objectives and purpose
  • Develop dynamic and interesting communications tailored for various stakeholders within and outside of the organisation
  • Play a key role in the company's digital transformation journey, leveraging technology and AI for enhanced communication
  • Work closely with our people and marketing teams to align a consistent and unified brand image
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Creativity: you'll be able to generate innovative and engaging content
  • You'll be comfortable with digital tools and technology, including AI applications
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
