Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Site Agent to manage day-to-day operations on site, including labour, plant, and materials allocation, temporary works, and health and safety. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on budget, within programme deadlines, and to our client's technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations on site, including labour, plant, and materials allocation, temporary works, and health and safety.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on budget, within programme deadlines, and to our client's technical specifications.
  • Liaise regularly with Contracts Managers, providing programme and progress reports.
  • Identify and manage competence of the site team to identify any shortcomings and ensure delivery of the contract.
  • Study drawings and technical documents and raise technical queries for clarification of any conflicting information.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a similar position within the Civils sector.
  • Previous experience on highways and earthworks projects.
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Managers card.
  • An ability to lead and direct, promoting a positive culture through inspirational leadership.
Salary and Benefits:

£350 - £400 a day Inside IR35 / CIS.
