Key Responsibilities
As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting a variety of formal meetings, including investigations, disciplinary actions, decision-making processes, and issuing outcomes such as warnings and terminations.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their legal obligations and best practices in employee relations.
  • Delivering high-quality reports and documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Engaging in mediation and conciliation services as requested by clients.
  • Maintaining impartiality while effectively communicating risks and outcomes to clients.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field, or substantial professional experience in HR management or consultancy.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to handle short-notice assignments with professionalism.
