Job Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our bar and floor staff team. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and accurately, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness on the bar during service.
- Assisting the floor team by taking out drinks orders to tables and collecting empty glasses, ice buckets, and rubbish from the floor during intervals.
- Restocking and resetting the bar during intervals to ensure a seamless service.
- Working collaboratively with the bar manager to maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the cellar.
As a member of our team, you will enjoy:

- Flexible scheduling with shifts finishing early enough to still enjoy your evening.
- A productivity scheme that rewards you for meeting targets, with an additional £1.50 per hour.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
