About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Fenchurch, a high-end rooftop restaurant located within the iconic Sky Garden. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic and diverse team of 50 front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Culinary Team, Sky Garden Director, and Head of Operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a fine dining or premium environment, preferably with a high-profile venue that holds accolades such as rosettes or Michelin stars.
  • Strong commercial skills, with experience in managing budgets, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
