Position Overview
In the role of Senior Pricing Analyst, reporting directly to the Pricing & Sales Enablement Director, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients initially in the UK&I, with plans to extend your expertise to Belgium and the Netherlands as our UK&I capabilities mature. The primary goal of this position is to bolster OASIS' market growth ambitions by acquiring profitable business from new clients and enhancing our existing client relationships.
Location Requirement
Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to one of our designated offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain precise cost models for OASIS products and services.
- Create and uphold accurate pricing models to facilitate compelling commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with deal pursuit teams to determine pricing requirements for various deals.
- Manage bid proposals, ensuring pricing responses align with client specifications.
- Construct essential deal P&Ls and cash flow statements to support the deal approval process.
- Analyze competitor pricing and commercial strategies to anticipate market offers and optimize pricing.
- Enhance pricing processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and establishing new workflows.
- Assist in the development of pricing tools, collaborating with Sales Operations and the broader Commercial team.
- Explore automation options for simpler deal P&Ls.
- Work closely with the Finance Business Partner and Finance team to keep cost models updated and relevant.
- Incorporate strategic planning assumptions into pricing and cost models.
- Support new product initiatives with cost and pricing model development.
- Share best practices across the Commercial team.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
- Experience in constructing cost and pricing models or similar business cases.
- Familiarity with P&L and cash flow modeling.
- Preferably a finance-qualified accountant.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Confident in presenting analyses to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-sufficient, capable of planning and prioritizing workload independently.
