Job Title: Paramedic Functional Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Functional Assessor, where you will play a vital role in assessing individuals with diverse health conditions and providing comprehensive reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision-making process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough, holistic assessments with individuals who have a range of physical and/or mental health conditions.
  • Interpret medical evidence and gather findings into a comprehensive report.
  • Work autonomously and use your clinical experience to gain a clear understanding of how health conditions impact daily life.
Requirements:
  • NMC or HCPC registration is required.
  • At least 1 year's broad post-registration experience, with UK experience essential.
  • Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and possess IT competency.
