Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Senior Business Analyst to become a key member of our Transformation and Change team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining strategic objectives and translating them into detailed business designs, processes, and functionalities that align with organizational goals.

This position offers the chance to influence various aspects of the Royal London business, playing a vital role in fostering growth and operational success. Your comprehensive industry knowledge and robust analytical capabilities will enable you to deliver insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate large-scale and/or intricate change projects
  • Collect and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and resolve business challenges
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
  • Produce comprehensive documentation including project plans, business requirements, and user stories
  • Assess necessary changes in organizational structure, teams, and roles to facilitate future business processes
  • Conduct advanced modeling activities
  • Provide mentorship to junior Analysts
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to anticipate business needs, identify potential risks, and propose innovative solutions

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, Commercial, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, Investments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in utilizing various business analysis techniques, tools, and standards
  • Solid understanding of business structures and fundamental principles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to manage personal workload while supporting team members
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in your area of specialization (as applicable)
