About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare and makeup products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients, identifying their skin and makeup goals and recommending custom-fit routines.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales of Clinique products, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a unique and inspirational in-store experience for clients.

Requirements:

• A passion for beauty and customer service, with a desire to understand client skin and makeup goals.
• An approachable and friendly personality, with confidence in speaking to customers and building strong relationships.
• Flexible availability across days and hours, with a commitment to maintaining a good work-life balance.
• Previous retail industry or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential.
