About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Transaction Services Assistant Director. As a key member of our corporate finance department, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and financial restructuring.
  • Lead and manage high-profile transactions, working closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams within BDO to deliver a comprehensive range of services to clients, including audit, tax, and advisory.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the business.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
  • Experience of working within a corporate finance department, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Previous management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
