We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a faculty member in human genetics and genomics. The successful candidate will have a strong research background and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities- Lead innovative research programs in human health and disease
- Secure funding and publish scholarly articles
- Contribute to education and mentoring at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Develop and deliver human genetics training through workshops and other educational activities
- PhD in human genetics or a closely related field
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present research findings to both scientific and non-scientific audiences
- Experience in mentoring and training postgraduate students
- Strong network within the human genetics research community
- Indefinite contract
- Full-time position (35 hours per week)
