Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough dental exams and provide accurate diagnoses.

  • Perform routine and complex dental procedures with precision and care.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.

  • Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene and preventive care practices, promoting a healthy smile.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and practice policies.

  • Collaborate with dental nurses, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and a positive experience.

  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and professional development, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in dental surgery or equivalent.

  • Be registered with the General Dental Council.

  • Have postgraduate experience, although not essential.

  • Be proficient in dental software and technology.

  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with patients.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

  • Be committed to maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism, upholding the values of the dental practice.
