Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to join our team at Clear Engineering Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in a variety of commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers and other technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Conduct site visits to assess plumbing systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the team has the necessary materials to complete projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing, with a focus on supervision and management
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
