Technical Sales Engineer

Join our team at Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd as a Technical Sales Engineer and be part of our mission to double our UK market share from 33% to 66%.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to promote and demonstrate our welding equipment to Bodyshops across the North, covering the M62 and M1 Corridor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales teams from bodyshop distributors to energize them to pass bodyshop equipment leads for the Technical Sales Manager to demonstrate.
  • Carry out high-quality commissioning and demonstrations using our fully equipped demonstration van.
  • Visit Bodyshops to introduce our company equipment and sell bodyshop tools to distributors.
  • Manage your diary and book appointments with distributors and Bodyshops.
Requirements
  • Appetite and aptitude for sales.
  • High technical aptitude to learn our products.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Bodyshops is a plus but not essential.
