Purpose:
The broader Sourcing team in the UK is composed of sourcing experts who manage all categories of indirect expenditure for our clients. This team offers a comprehensive suite of sourcing services that encompass the entire sourcing lifecycle, tailored to meet client needs. Services include market analysis, conducting market tenders, negotiating contracts, and drafting agreements. Each team member juggles multiple client projects concurrently, engaging in both client-facing and supplier-facing roles, and working on regional as well as global sourcing initiatives. The primary objective of this function is to provide value-added sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional, and consistent manner, specifically focusing on indirect spend in the IT category.
The Senior Consultant is expected to be a dynamic, client-centric professional with substantial experience across various categories, particularly with deep expertise in IT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with leading suppliers of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and IT infrastructure services (such as data centers, networks, and telecommunications). The role involves delivering sourcing initiatives throughout the entire sourcing lifecycle while maintaining a global perspective on service provision markets. The Senior Consultant should be adept at engaging with senior stakeholders and working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to execute a diverse range of projects, from complex large-scale initiatives to smaller assignments.

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders
- Leading assigned sourcing initiatives, which can range from routine renewals to strategic purchases, with minimal oversight
- Conducting market tenders and overseeing evaluations within a cross-functional team to determine supplier selection
