We are seeking an experienced Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our client's team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Sales and Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing new and used vehicle sales across multiple dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Paperwork Management: Manage the documentation and paperwork for new and used vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registration and Compliance: Handle the registration process for vehicles, ensuring all paperwork for taxation and legal requirements is completed.
- Financial Administration: Prepare invoices for customers and ensure all financial documents are accurately processed and maintained.
- Stock Management: Update and maintain vehicle stock records, ensuring all vehicles are logged and tracked.
- Customer Service: Coordinate with the sales team and dealership managers to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and handover to customers.
- Query Resolution: Handle queries from customers regarding vehicle availability, paperwork, and delivery timelines.
- Logistics and Delivery: Organise vehicle movements between dealerships and prepare delivery schedules to ensure timely handover to clients.
- Finance and Warranty Administration: Work with finance providers to ensure finance paperwork is processed correctly and handle any related warranty documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal and financial regulations, including insurance, VAT, and contract agreements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other key metrics for management review.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to vehicle sales, documentation, or customer satisfaction efficiently and professionally.
The Package:
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 [experience dependent].
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:30pm].
