Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
About the Role
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality learning environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will enjoy a competitive salary, starting from £24,000 per annum for Level 2 and £24,000 per annum for Level 3, plus a range of benefits, including:
