Associate Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Brandon James Ltd in Glasgow. As a key member of our Property & Construction Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects across various sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on significant projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the chance to manage projects from inception to completion, providing full Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services.

The successful candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy, a RICS accredited Degree Qualification, and previous experience in management. They will also have a successful track record leading projects £10m-£40m from inception to completion and be MRICS or nearly qualified.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000, private healthcare, pension, milage/expenses, car allowance, modern office facilities, and a range of flexible benefits.
