About the Organization

Role Responsibilities
As a Brand Growth Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing market share, brand visibility, and growth across both retail and food service sectors. You will manage the marketing budget and lead a team of agencies to create and implement comprehensive media strategies.
This position also entails delivering a solid innovation strategy and overseeing a Brand Manager, nurturing the next generation of marketing professionals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide operations, product development, sales, and customer engagement, while also liaising with external partners.
Key Duties:
- Develop a 3-5 year growth strategy for the UK and European product lines.
- Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage innovation initiatives and create new product offerings.
- Identify avenues for portfolio expansion across various channels.
- Employ agile testing methodologies for swift market introductions.
- Integrate key growth strategies across all departments.
- Utilize consumer insights to inform strategic choices.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external collaborators.
- Create impactful marketing materials and initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practice guidelines.
- Lead and cultivate the Marketing team.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated success in driving channel and brand growth with measurable outcomes.
- Business-oriented with experience in budget oversight.
- Proficient in ideation, co-creation, and developing propositions based on consumer insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in team leadership, inspiring and developing talent.
- Exceptional communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
