Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Psychiatrist with expertise in adult psychiatry to provide high-quality mental health services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult patients.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in adult psychiatry.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree and completion of specialist training in psychiatry.
  • Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a license to practice.
  • Substantial experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist with a focus on adult psychiatry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
  • Eligibility for membership with relevant professional bodies.
