About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Jewson. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers in the North Norfolk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Support customers with the onboarding process, ensuring they start and continue to spend with us
  • Target dormant and lapsed accounts to reactivate them
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers to maintain and improve profitability
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by proposing solutions that meet their needs
  • Work with all functions and branch teams to ensure all opportunities are leveraged
  • Comply with all EHS policies and procedures when on site

Requirements
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Strong direct sales skills and commercial focus
  • Current knowledge of building materials and the construction market
  • Proven experience in customer-facing business and a proactive sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
