To be eligible for this role, candidates must reside in specified postal areas.

Become a part of our team as a Service Operations Engineer (internally referred to as a Service Technician) and enjoy a competitive salary starting at £29,000, with additional earnings from overtime (averaging £4,700) and performance-related bonuses of £2,500.

We seek enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals.

No previous experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training and assign a mentor to ensure your success. After completing our extensive training program, you will benefit from a favorable work-life balance with a 4-day workweek totaling 37.5 hours (Monday – Saturday), featuring a mix of 7.5 and 10-hour shifts.

Each day presents new learning opportunities and challenges.

  • Serve as the authority in installations, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Identify errors and technical challenges, proposing effective solutions
  • Record procedures and adhere to company standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with the technical team, sharing insights across the organization
