The Role

The school is in search of an individual who is enthusiastic about Science, dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences for students.

In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of subject development, leading training initiatives, and enhancing Science teaching methodologies across the institution.

Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging and ambitious lessons that foster professional growth among colleagues and meet the diverse needs of all students.

  • Support the school in elevating teaching and learning standards within the department and monitor progress towards established objectives.
  • Provide specialized subject knowledge to assist departmental staff as needed.
  • Encourage accountability among staff through effective teaching and learning programs.
  • Contribute to the implementation of agreed-upon school-wide policies and initiatives.
