  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Resilience and patience when working with students who may present challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • A passion for supporting vulnerable young people and helping them to achieve their full potential.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £21,863 - £23,370 per annum, plus a Secure Unit Allowance of £2,583 per annum.
  • A 37-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with term-time only hours.
  • A permanent contract with opportunities for professional development and growth.
