Warehouse, Dispatch & Quality Operative Role

SYNETIQ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse, Dispatch & Quality Operative to join their team at the Winsford site. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient storage and organization of parts, as well as their timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect goods from dismantling, ensuring they meet our inventory and stock control standards.
  • Conduct visual checks on second-hand parts to determine their suitability for resale, reconditioning, export, or disposal.
  • Ensure all parts are cleaned, imaged, packaged, and tagged as required.
  • Locate and update parts in the appropriate stores location and database.
  • Utilize Synetiq vehicles for short trips between local sites.
  • Guarantee the fulfillment of customer orders within set SLAs, picking parts and moving them to the correct area for dispatch.
  • Process stock taking, stock movements, and remove damaged or redundant parts from shelves and update the database.
  • Process returned parts to determine their suitability for resale, regrading, or disposal.
  • Use integrated systems and standards to enable all orders to be fulfilled to our customers, ensuring each item undergoes stringent quality control.
  • Work closely with stock controllers and planners to assist in all operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar environment.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Safety Awareness in Manual Handling.
  • Ability to visually identify common faults.
  • Lift and handle heavy weights in a safe manner.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
