Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Work closely with the store manager to maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist the gallery coordinator with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and processing stock.
  • Support the store manager with stock checking and reconciliation.
  • Provide expert knowledge of jewellery making and stone knowledge to customers, ensuring accurate and professional responses to queries.
  • Process web orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Essential:
    • Jewellery making and stone knowledge
    • Customer service experience
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic Photoshop skills
    • Inventory management experience
  • Desirable:
    • Previous experience in a similar role or industry

Working Hours

Part-time, minimum of two to three days per week, including weekends.
