Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Conduct thorough investigative analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on data insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and track the performance of key initiatives and campaigns, offering insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve reporting and analytical processes.
What You'll Need:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
