Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Nter Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards and meets safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality and Compliance: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work meets the highest standards and complies with relevant regulations.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize maintenance and repair procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: NVQ Level 3 in Installation or Servicing (or equivalent) within the lift industry.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and improving processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
