Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Track operatives' training progress through the company's online portal.
- Coordinate training courses and collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Assist in developing grant and levy claims to support training initiatives.
- Travel to sites as needed to provide on-site training and support.
- Forecast and book training sessions to meet operational needs.
- Manage training systems and support health and safety managers in their roles.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of training requirements within the construction industry, including CSCS and CPCS certifications.
- A Level 6 qualification in occupational health and safety or environmental health.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- A competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000.
- A Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm office-based role.
- All travel expenses covered.
- A standard pension scheme.
- 23 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
