Position Overview
The Creative Advertising & Partnerships Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Creative Advertising & Partnerships and the sales team to design and implement customized media packages that align with clients' marketing goals across NBCUniversal's channels in Latin America.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Sales Team to execute comprehensive campaigns from conception to completion, including ideation, strategy development, storytelling, design, production, revenue tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and implement effective communication and conversion strategies across digital and linear platforms, including websites and social media.
- Manage project concepts to propose based on campaign objectives, focusing on reach, traffic, conversion, audience engagement, analytics, and retargeting.
- Work cross-functionally to integrate innovative formats and platforms into the NBCUniversal offerings.
- Engage with diverse teams across various departments and regions to drive collaboration and creativity.
- Maintain a focus on business outcomes, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Transform insights into actionable strategies and opportunities for advertising partners across NBCUniversal's multi-platform ecosystem.
- Facilitate regular communication with internal stakeholders to align on strategies and plans.
- Oversee the complete creative production process, including ideation, strategy formulation, copywriting, production supervision, vendor management, scheduling, budgeting, and post-production.
- Proven experience in media sales with a strong understanding of digital advertising within the Mexico and Latin America markets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and the significance of branded entertainment in driving revenue.
- Familiarity with various content production formats, including static, video, and interactive media.
- Experience in engagement-driven marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and contests.
- Ability to balance client brand objectives with a commercially savvy perspective.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative solutions or sales, either in-house or with a media/creative agency.
- Experience in international markets or multiple local markets is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of the digital landscape, social media, and technology platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop for simple video editing.
- Familiarity with on-field production, lighting, and direction concepts.
