Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are working in partnership with a reputable care home provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for their medium-sized nursing home in Northwich.

The home supports older people to lead their best lives with personality nursing and nursing dementia care. The service offers many facilities for residents to enjoy, including an on-suite hair salon, sensory garden, and lovely patio area.

The home has a good reputation in the local area and has received 4's in all areas with their latest Care Inspectorate report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal and clinical care to residents within the service.
  • Supervise the care delivery by both clinical and non-clinical staff members.
  • Work closely with the senior team to ensure CQC standards are exceeded.

Requirements:

  1. NMC registration with no limitations to practice.
  2. UK Nursing Experience is essential.
  3. 1 year's post-registration experience.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Previous experience working in elderly care/care home setting.

This is a permanent position, working either 33 or 44 hours per week on a rotational basis which includes days.
