We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our sales team at Elaborate Communications Ltd as a key player in selling advertising space in a leading maritime publication.
As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for selling to a mix of new and existing clients, with key duties including:
• Meeting and exceeding effective call, sales, and revenue targets
• Delivering sales proposals and closing deals
• Utilizing a CRM system to maintain existing client relationships and maximize sales opportunities
Key qualities we are looking for in a candidate include:
• Confidence in communicating and negotiating on the phone
• Ability to work well under pressure and towards strict deadlines
• Bright, enthusiastic, and diligent approach to meet personal KPIs and team targets
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive basic salary depending on experience, plus an attractive commission structure based on individual performance with a fantastic OTE. Some international travel is expected, and the position will be office and home-based.
