About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Nazareth Care Charitable Trust. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional day-to-day receptionist support to visitors, relatives, and suppliers, as well as handle inquiries and administration tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet individuals entering the care home and direct them to the correct destination.
  • Handle inquiries from residents, staff, or visitors via face-to-face or written communication.
  • Provide guided tours of the facilities and direct visitors to appropriate rooms.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, record-keeping, and minutes for meetings as required.
  • Input data into systems as requested.
  • Offer administrative support to the General Manager as needed.

About You

We are looking for a professional, caring, and enthusiastic individual who is well-organized, has strong IT skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a good telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, be able to prioritize tasks, and work effectively as a team player and individually.
