Duties and Responsibilities- Enter invoices into the general ledger software, ensuring accuracy and authorization.
- Prepare bank reconciliations for review and approval.
- Assist with online bank payments and supplier onboarding.
- Review and set up new suppliers on the system.
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Minimum 6 months accounts payable experience.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
- Good organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
